Wow – we must be cursed…. it’s happening again! The current twinkle in our eye – 11655 Grove St – appears to have some serious lien problems. No word yet on whether or not we can move forward on this purchase or not.
The moral of the story: NEVER get too excited about the purchase of a home until you’ve actually signed the papers and have moved in! This is twice we’ve all gotten fired up about a house and have had that excitement squashed during the purchase process. Argh!!!!!
